magine dipping a ripe strawberry through a cascading curtain of warm, melted Belgian chocolate. The chocolate fondue fountain is a great way to enhance any wedding reception, buffet or special event. With a selection of fruits and dipping items, including pretzels, marshmallows, graham crackers, pineapple and more, you may create your own dipping delicacies for you and your guests to enjoy.

C.H.E.F.S. uses Sephra Premium 100% Belgian chocolate by world renowned Callebaut. Made with the freshest and finest ingredients, Callebaut chocolate is specially designed to give the smoothest, richest and most beautiful chocolate fondue you can imagine. In order for the fountain to flow correctly, the chocolate must be at a certain viscosity or consistency. Sephra/Callebaut chocolate is specially formulated to provide flawless cascading fondue chocolate, without the addition of vegetable oil or extra cocoa butter, required by most. Many would have you believe that you can buy bulk chocolate chips at the grocery store and your fountain would work fine. This is not the case. All other chocolates are too thick to run smoothly and require sometimes up to 6 cups of additional oil. Sephra/Callebaut chocolate does not require the addition of oil and is renowned for its extremely smooth texture and intensely rich flavor. We offer 100% Belgian chocolate in Dark, Milk or White.

Our fountain is made by Sephra and incorporates a motor driven auger which carries the chocolate up the cylinder to the top of the fountain where warm flowing chocolate cascades down and over the fountain tiers, giving the illusion of a chocolate water fall.  Unlike belt driven augers, the Sephra fountain ensures free flowing chocolate without clogging.
